Bench Technician - Gaming Technical Services
I. BASIC PURPOSE / JOB BRIEF:
The Bench Technician main job function is on maintaining and repairing gaming electronics equipment. Able to use all kind of repairing tools but not limited to an oscilloscope or digital volt meter to monitor circuits to diagnose the problem; maintaining gaming machines & table games electronic hardware and fabricates electronic components; repair and/or replacement needs; assisting skilled trades.
II. MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
- Perform troubleshooting and repairing on electronic gaming machines and table games equipment
- Early preparation, execute and ensure the successful completion of all gaming projects in timely manners.
- Execute and maintain casino preventive maintenance schedule in order to keep all casino equipment in top working condition.
- Monitor, control and update of spare parts, repairable items and consumable items for Electronic Gaming and Table Games equipment
- Ensure team member always get trained and updated related to gaming and table product knowledge
- Service call to be attend in shortest time
- Maintain proper equipment repair and service record
- Maintain an organized and clean work area, with materials stored in proper location
III. JOB SPECIFICATIONS:
Education Requirement:
- Associate's diploma or higher in electric technology
Experience Requirements:
- Minimum of one (1) year in Electronic repair experience
Skills and Attributes:
- Extensive knowledge of AC and DC circuits
- Fully understand and able to read schematic and blueprints
- Strong background in digital electronic and microprocessor are essential
- Extensive exposure to technical operations
