I. BASIC PURPOSE / JOB BRIEF:

The User Acceptance Testing (UAT) Analyst ensures the seamless release of Online Casino Live Slots and Random Number Generator (RNG) Casino Games by designing and executing end-to-end user acceptance tests that validate gameplay, wallet transactions, and regulatory compliance. This role safeguards gaming integrity, reduces production defects, and delivers a premium player experience across all devices and platforms.

II. MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

• UAT Planning & Governance: Defines UAT strategy for Online Live Slots and eGames, including UI/UX, performance, Return to Player (RTP) validation, and concurrency testing. Establishes entry/exit criteria and test data requirements
• Test Design & Coverage: Creates and maintains UAT test cases for slot spins, bonus rounds, jackpots, wallet transactions, game UI/UX, RNG outcomes, responsible gaming features, and compliance reporting.
• Test Execution: Perform hands-on UAT across web and mobile devices; validates live slot and eGame functionality, wallet settlements, bonus triggers, and API responses. Raises, triages, and tracks defects with detailed evidence (screenshots, logs, videos).
• Vendor & Release Collaboration: Partners with platform providers and game studios to validate updates, feature changes, and fixes prior to release.
• Compliance & Data Validation: Verifies RNG certifications, jackpot reporting, and regulator outputs while ensuring adherence to data privacy and jurisdictional requirements.
• Continuous Improvement: Analyses UAT metrics, defect leakage, and production incidents to enhance coverage and process efficiency. Contributes to playbooks, checklists, and best practices for slots and eGames releases.

III. JOB SPECIFICATIONS:

Educational Requirement:

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer science, Information Technology, or related field.

Experience Requirement:

• 3+ years of experience in UAT or QA, with at least 1 year focused on live dealer/streaming platforms.

Skills and Attributes:

• Test Planning & Execution for live slot and eGames – ability to design, document, and execute UAT test plans, scripts, and cases aligned with business requirements.
• Defect Management – logging, tracking, triaging, and retesting defects in tools like Jira, HP ALM, or TestRail.
• Requirement Analysis – translating business/functional requirements into acceptance criteria and UAT scenarios.
• Stakeholder Communication – coordinating with business users, product owners, and developers to ensure acceptance coverage and sign-off.
• Documentation & Reporting – preparing UAT status reports, test evidence, and sign-off documentation.
• Collaboration with external vendors (game studios, payment providers).
• Knowledge of compliance and responsible gaming requirements in regulated online casino environments.
• Excellent communication skills for coordination with internal teams and external providers.
