Specialist - Procurement Systems
I. BASIC PURPOSE / JOB BRIEF:
The Specialist - Procurement Systems executes and supports daily Procurement Systems activities of the Supply Chain Division. The role maintains system data accuracy, provides Level 1 system support, executes bidding activities, and prepares system reports to ensure efficient system operations and timely support to business users.
II. MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
Procurement Systems Operations & Data Maintenance
- Executes item master maintenance activities, including add, update, and delete requests, in accordance with approved guidelines and agreed service-level agreements (SLAs)
- Updates and maintains Procurement Systems master data to ensure accuracy, completeness, and integrity
- Maintains updated trackers to monitor all transaction requests and system changes
System Support & User Administration
- Provides Level 1 support for Procurement Systems inquiries and incident reports submitted by stakeholders
- Resolves basic system, process, and data-related issues and escalates unresolved concerns to the Manager as required
- Processes user profile creation, role assignment, and access changes subject to approved authority and segregation-of-duties controls
- Acts as a key system user and supports system-related requests across the Supply Chain Division
Bidding Execution & Scheduling
- Executes electronic bidding activities based on approved calendars in coordination with Procurement, including F&B Procurement
- Executes restrictive sealed bidding activities according to agreed schedules and established procedures
- Supports timely upload and updating of bid results and pricing in Procurement Systems
III. JOB SPECIFICATIONS:
Educational Requirement:
- Bachelor's Degree in any related degree program
Experience Requirement:
- At least one (1) year experience in systems support or a related Supply Chain function is preferred
Exposure to Procurement Systems and enterprise applications is preferred
