Senior Manager - Security Investigations
I. BASIC PURPOSE / JOB BRIEF:
The Security Investigation Senior Manager is responsible for managing & coordinating the efficient operation of the Security Investigations Unit; responsible for implementing high level investigations and analysis of operational concerns, product performance and all revenue generating profit centers; ensure that all Tiger Resort operational activities are conducted with the highest levels of integrity; and has a high level of integrity, team work and cultural awareness, strong work ethic, and tolerance for others.
II. MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
- Lead evidence, statements, and case gathering to assist in the prosecution of offenders;
- Regularly report status of investigations and potential compliance risks to the Chief Security & Safety Officer;
- Collaborate with Internal Audit and IT on processes used to identify fraud risk, such as data mining, account verification letters, and expense report review;
- Perform proactive checks and security reviews to minimize risk of theft and other losses;
- Provide technical guidance to employees, colleagues and/or customers as needed;
- Coordinate Pre-Employment Background Checks when needed;
- Work closely with the PNP, other Philippine Law Enforcement and Intelligence agencies;
- Assist to identify and report risks associated with VVIPs, events, or functions that may pose risk of attack or protest, through intelligence gathering and vetting external electronic sources;
- Analyze relevant incidents and illegal/undesirable statistics and trends to implement mitigation strategies, and or plan and implement initiatives to apprehend offenders;
- Represent the company in any criminal/civil/administrative cases filed involving crime incidents occurring in the premises of Okada Manila with full and special power to appear, for and on its behalf, in the pre-trial, preliminary and mandatory conferences, mediation, judicial dispute resolution conferences, and other proceedings in relation to afore-said cases on such dates as maybe agreed upon by the parties or as directed by the Court, with full power to compromise and/or settle the case, or dismiss the same either totally or partially.

Educational Requirement:
- College graduate preferebly with senior police background
Experience Requirement:
- Demonstrated relevant experience in legal, and/or investigations related fields.
- Extensive experience in casino and/or resort security management;
- Experience in casino and/or resort pre-opening operations preferred;
- Wide exposure to working in South East Asia preferred;
Skills and Attributes:
- Extremely flexible and adaptable;
- A confident communicator with strong presentation and drafting skills;
- Good relationship-building and stakeholder management skills;
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills with attention to detail;
- Ability to exercise sound judgement, maintain discretion and use initiative;
