Product Manager - eGaming Content & Performance

I. BASIC PURPOSE / JOB BRIEF:

The Product Manager - eGaming Content & Performance owns the strategy, performance, and profitability of the online casino’s eGames portfolio - including Random Number Generator (RNG) games, sports betting, crash games, and instant win products. This role drives content selection, supplier partnerships, and data-driven optimizations to maximize player engagement and revenue.

 

II. MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

 

  • Portfolio Management: Takes full ownership of the portfolio's profitability and revenue contribution and develops content strategy, promotions, and placement to increase engagement and revenue.
  • Supplier & Vendor Relations: Sources new providers, negotiates contracts, and maintains strong partnerships to secure trending and exclusive titles.
  • Product Vision & Roadmap: Defines and maintains the eGames product roadmap aligned with business goals and market trends.
  • Performance Optimization: Uses Business Intelligence (BI) insights to retire underperforming titles, boost high-yield games, and reallocate promotional spend for maximum ROI.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partners with design, engineering, data, and marketing teams to ensure smooth integrations and player experience.
  • Market & Competitor Analysis: Monitors industry trends and competitor offerings to keep the portfolio competitive and innovative.
  • Launch & Promotion: Oversees new title rollouts, lobby placement, and promotional campaigns in coordination with CRM/Marketing.
  • Compliance: Ensures all eGames meet regulatory and licensing requirements (e.g., PAGCOR) and obtain necessary jurisdictional approvals.
  • Growth Delivery: Drives year-on-year revenue and profit growth in line with overall Online Casino objectives.
  • Performs duties and responsibilities that may be assigned by the Management

 

III. JOB SPECIFICATIONS:

Educational Requirement:

  •    Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Gaming Management, or any related degree program

 

Experience Requirement:

  •   3-5+ years’ experience in iGaming with a focus on product/content management, supplier relations, or game selection.

 

Skills and Attributes:

 

Leadership Skills:

  • People and performance management
  • Motivational and coaching skills

 

Technical Skills:

  • Commercial & Analytical: Strong commercial acumen, BI/KPI monitoring, and proven revenue-growth track record.
  • Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of RNG, crash games, sports betting, ETG, and broader eGaming trends.

 

Other Qualifications:

  • Vendor Management: Skilled negotiator with experience managing multiple suppliers and product pipelines.
  • Compliance & Responsibility: Deep understanding of regulated gaming markets and responsible gaming standards.
