Product Manager - Online Live Table Content & Performance
I. BASIC PURPOSE / JOB BRIEF:
The Product Manager - Online Live Table Content & Performance leads the strategy, curation, and performance of the Online Live Table Games portfolio. This role drives the portfolio’s profitability and growth, driving content selection, supplier negotiations, and data-driven performance management, delivering an exceptional player experience and supporting overall Online Casino revenue goals.
II. MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
- Portfolio Management: Selects, evaluates, and maintains a balanced mix of live dealer games (roulette, baccarat, blackjack, sic bo and other table games) that appeal to diverse player segments. Tracks KPIs (Theo, GGR, NGR, RTP, retention, session behavior) and recommends actions such as repositioning tables, adjusting limits, or launching targeted promotions to maximize engagement and revenue.
- Supplier & Vendor Management: Builds strong relationships with live dealer providers and aggregators; negotiates commercial terms, and secures exclusive or early access to premium tables, and aligns with supplier release calendars.
- Product Vision & Roadmap: Defines and maintains the product roadmap for live tables, ensuring alignment with business objectives, market trends, and player expectations.
- Performance Optimization: Uses Business Intelligence (BI) dashboards and player insights to drive continuous improvement in content positioning, table limits, and promotional effectiveness.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partners with BI, Marketing, Compliance, and Technology teams to deliver seamless integrations, new features, and promotional campaigns.
- Market & Competitor Analysis: Monitors competitor offerings, emerging trends, and innovative game formats to keep portfolio differentiated and market-leading
- Launch & Promotion: Plans and executes launches of new live table games, including lobby placement, category design, and CRM/Marketing campaigns.
- Compliance: Ensures all live dealer games meet jurisdictional and regulatory requirements (e.g., PAGCOR), coordinating testing and certification with compliance teams and vendors.
- Growth Delivery: Drives year-on-year revenue and profit growth in line with overall Online Casino targets.
- Performs duties and responsibilities that may be assigned by the Management

Educational Requirement:
- Bachelor's or master's degree in business, Marketing, Gaming Management, or related field.
Experience Requirement:
- 3–5+ years of experience in iGaming, preferably with exposure to online live tables, live dealer operations, or product ownership in a regulated environment.
Skills and Attributes:
- Strong knowledge of live dealer tables and player engagement strategies.
- Strong commercial acumen with accountability for delivering revenue growth and profit maximization through strategic content management.
- Proven track record of managing supplier relationships and negotiating commercial terms.
- Highly analytical, with BI and KPI monitoring experience.
