Product Manager - Online Live Slot Content & Performance

I. BASIC PURPOSE / JOB BRIEF:

The Product Manager - Online Live Slot Content & Performance leads the strategy, selection, and performance of the Online Live Slots portfolio, ensuring a competitive and engaging player experience. This role drives content selection, supplier negotiations, and data-driven performance optimization as aligned with the overall Online Casino revenue goals.

II. MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

  • Portfolio Management: Owns the Online Live Slots portfolio’s profitability, selecting and maintaining a balanced mix of live online slots, monitors KPIs, and recommends content, positioning, and promotional strategies to maximize engagement and revenue.
  • Supplier & Vendor Relations: Builds strong relationships with Online Live Slots providers and aggregators; negotiates commercial terms and secures early access to premium releases and high value titles, and aligns with supplier release calendars
  • Product Vision & Roadmap: Defines and maintains the Online Live Slots roadmap in line with business objectives, market trends, and player needs.
  • Performance Optimization: Translates Business Intelligence (BI) insights into actions (e.g., game placement, table limits, promotions) to enhance player engagement and maximize profitability.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partners with BI, Marketing, Compliance, and Technology teams to deliver new features, integrations, and campaigns.
  • Market & Competitor Analysis: Tracks industry trends and competitor offerings to keep the portfolio innovative and competitive.
  • Launch & Promotion: Oversees launch plans, lobby placement, and CRM/Marketing campaigns for new titles.
  • Compliance: Ensures all live slots meet regulatory and jurisdictional standards (e.g., PAGCOR).
  • Growth Delivery: Delivers year-on-year revenue growth aligned with overall Online Casino profit goals.
  • Performs duties and responsibilities that may be assigned by the Management

III. JOB SPECIFICATIONS:

Educational Requirement:

  •    Bachelor's or master's degree in business, Marketing, Gaming Management, or related field.

 

Experience Requirement:

  •    3–5+ years of experience in iGaming, preferably with exposure to online live slots, casino game operations, or product ownership in a regulated environment.

 

Skills and Attributes:

  •    Strong knowledge of Online live slots, their mechanics, and player engagement strategies.
  •    Strong commercial acumen with accountability for delivering revenue growth and profit maximization through strategic content management.
  •    Proven track record of managing supplier relationships and negotiating commercial terms.
  •    Highly analytical, with BI and KPI monitoring experience.
  •    Familiarity with regulated gaming markets and responsible gaming standards.
  •    Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication skills.
  •    Commercial acumen in content selection and lifecycle management.
  •    Data-driven decision-making using player insights and BI dashboards.
  •    Ability to balance innovation, compliance, and profitability.
  •    Excellent organizational skills, managing multiple providers and product pipelines.
