Executive - Social Media
I. BASIC PURPOSE / JOB BRIEF:
The Executive - Social Media manages the company's official social media channels, crafts and implements social media strategies, and engages with the audience to enhance brand awareness and achieve digital KPIs. The Executive - Social Media manages digital campaigns to nurture Okada Manila's online visibility - from ideation to final execution.
II. ORGANIZATION SCOPE:
Reports to: Manager, Marketing & Digital Communications
II. MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
- Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with brand and campaign objectives.
- Manage content calendars and ensure timely posting across all platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Create and curate engaging content (copy, images, videos) in collaboration with design and production teams.
- Monitor social media trends, competitor activity, and emerging platforms to inform strategies.
- Engage with online communities by responding to comments and messages in a timely and brand-consistent manner.
- Track, analyze, and report on performance metrics to optimize content and campaigns.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners (functional teams, partners, vendors) to maximize campaign reach.
- Support paid media campaigns by providing content and monitoring performance alongside the digital team.
III. JOB SPECIFICATIONS:
Educational Requirement:
- Any certification on Digital Marketing or Social Media Marketing will be preferred.
Experience Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year work experience in Digital Marketing, with knowledge of Search Engine Marketing (SEM).
Skills and Attributes:
• Strong working knowledge of HTML, Word Press and Email Campaign Systems. Campaign Automation System will be a bonus.
• Good knowledge in the latest in digital and social media technology and channels and how to best leverage for marketing programs as part of an overall social business strategy.
• Highly motivated and quick-learner.
• Demonstrate effective verbal and written communication skills.
