Associate - Distribution
I. BASIC PURPOSE / JOB BRIEF:
The Associate - Distribution Performs physical distribution of goods from the warehouse or receiving area to the requesting division location and ensures deliveries are complete, accurate, damage-free, and supported by correct documentation. The role safeguards proper handling during movement and handover, follows approved procedures and safety standards, and contributes to service reliability and Requesting Division satisfaction.
II. MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

Ensures physical delivery is performed without damage, loss, substitution, contamination, or documentation gaps.
Obtains required signatures, acknowledgements, and delivery confirmations in accordance with established procedures.
Reports shortages, damages, delays, refusals, and other delivery exceptions immediately to the Senior Associate or Officer.
Follows routing, delivery priorities, handling instructions, and internal customer service standards.
III. JOB SPECIFICATIONS:
Educational Requirement:
- At least high school graduate or senior high school graduate; college level is an advantage.
- Basic training in material handling, safety, and customer service is preferred. Certification from Tesda/NC2 an advantage.
Experience Requirement:
- At least 1-2 years of relevant experience in delivery, warehousing, stock handling, or related operations is preferred.
- Fresh candidates with relevant aptitude and physical capability may be considered subject to training requirements.
