Associate - Brand & Product Marketing
I. BASIC PURPOSE / JOB BRIEF:
The Associate will support the Brand & Product Marketing team in executing strategic marketing communications that enhance brand awareness and drive revenue across the resort’s diverse offerings. Reporting to the Manager, this role emphasizes collaboration with Business Units (BUs) and the Corporate Marketing & Communications (CMC) functional team. The Associate will align brand initiatives with business goals while providing administrative support to the Division head to ensure smooth departmental operations.
III. JOB SPECIFICATIONS:
Educational Requirement:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, communications, or business-related fields.
Experience Requirement:
- 1 year of brand and product marketing experience, preferably in integrated resorts or related sectors.
- Open to fresh graduates eager to begin their career in marketing.
II. MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
Marketing Program Management:
- Collaborate with Corporate Marketing & Communications and BUs to develop and implement marketing communications that meet business objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs) such as social media engagement and reach.
- Coordinate with BUs to strategize on achieving specific marketing targets and business goals.
- Ensure timely and precise distribution of promotional and event-related content.
- Utilize the ClickUp system to organize project creative briefs, ensuring alignment across teams.
Brand Amplification:
- Partner with CMC functional teams and BUs to strengthen brand awareness, establishing a competitive edge against leading entities within the local integrated resort sector.
Cross-Functional Partnership:
- Oversee the status of ongoing marketing projects, ensuring quality deliverables meet timelines and scope.
- Facilitate clear and effective communication of project briefs from BUs to relevant internal teams.
- Assist in crafting high-quality content and marketing materials that align with brand messaging.
- Review and fact-check content from a Brand & Product Marketing perspective promptly.
Administrative Support:
- Manage day-to-day administrative tasks for the Corporate Marketing & Communications team, which includes keeping track of office supplies and ensuring timely refilling of stock items to maintain a fully equipped workspace.
- Organize and coordinate overall office planning, ensuring that the work environment is efficient and conducive to productivity. This involves arranging supplies, maintaining inventory, and coordinating workspace layouts as needed.
- Assist the Division head with various administrative needs, including scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and maintaininga documentation that supports team activities and initiatives.
- Handle correspondence and communication related to administrative matters, keeping information organized and accessible for team members.
- Collaborate with other departments to facilitate smooth operations, ensuring that administrative processes are aligned with broader organizational goals.
