Assistant Manager - Influencer Marketing
I. BASIC PURPOSE / JOB BRIEF:
As an Assistant Manager - Influencer Marketing, you'll collaborate with the Social and Digital Marketing team within the Corporate Marketing and Communications Division, as well as internal stakeholders. Responsibilities include leading the influencer marketing efforts and driving brand engagement through strategic partnerships. As a key member of the digital marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing innovative influencer marketing campaigns that align with the brand's objectives and resonate with our target audience.
II. MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
- Develop comprehensive influencer marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, reach, and engagement across relevant digital touchpoints including, but not limited to, Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
- Plan, execute, and manage influencer marketing campaigns from start to finish, including identifying suitable influencers, negotiating partnerships, and overseeing content creation and distribution.
- Nurture and sustain relationships with influencers, agencies, and other essential stakeholders to broaden our network and optimize collaboration prospects.
- Work closely with influencers to create s'enuine and captivating content that reflects the brand
values and connects with the target audience. - Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to stakeholders to inform future strategies and optimizations.
- Perform other duties and projects as assigned.
III JOB SPECIFICATIONS:
Educational Requirement:
• Bachelor's degree in communications, public relations, marketing or a related field.
• Knowledge supported by certificates in digital marketing tools such as Business Suite for Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Google, digital seminars/training, etc.
Experience Requirements:
• Experience of at least 5 (five) years in digital marketing and social media management.
• Experience in developing and executing influencer marketing campaigns across different tiers: nano, micro, macro, and mega.
• With strong leadership and team management abilities, with a track record of building and motivating high-performing teams.
