I. BASIC PURPOSE / JOB BRIEF:

Informs, advices, performs, and delivers to guests, spa treatments and therapeutic services plus assistance in use of facilities

II. MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

• Maintain high overall guest satisfaction and achieve high quality guest service standards.
• Maintaining spa equipment in good conditions at all times.
• Manage and keep treatment rooms clean and stocked.
• Maintain a neat and tidy appearance.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Support or assist in momentary service gaps (ie - break periods, EL, SL, AL, group bookings, events, etc) that may arise at the different business units under Spas, Recreation and Kids' Club

III. JOB SPECIFICATIONS:

Educational Requirement:

• Certification as qualified therapist or equivalent professional training.

Experience Requirements:

• Proper 1 year working experience in therapy or spa operations.
