Senior Multimedia Content Producer

I. BASIC PURPOSE / JOB BRIEF:

The Senior Multimedia Content Producer leads the end-to-end creation of multimedia content across video, audio, and digital platforms. This role blends creative direction, technical execution, and project management to develop engaging content that elevates the brand and resonates with diverse audiences. The position requires strong storytelling skills, motion graphics expertise, and leadership experience to manage a team and drive production excellence.

II. MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

Content Strategy & Production

  • Ideate, script, and produce multimedia content including videos, motion graphics, animations, and podcasts for brand campaigns, events, and digital channels.
  • Design and execute motion graphics elements such as animated titles, infographics, transitions, and visual enhancements that strengthen storytelling and engagement.
  • Ensure all content aligns with brand identity, campaign strategy, and audience expectations across platforms (e.g., YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, websites, and event screens).

 

Project & Resource Management

  • Lead pre-production planning, talent and crew management, and end-to-end coordination for assigned projects.
  • Manage production timelines, budgets, resources, and logistics to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.
  • Coordinate with external vendors, freelancers, and creative partners as needed.

 

Creative and Technical Execution

  • Operate and troubleshoot professional production equipment, including cameras, lighting, audio gear, and drones.
  • Edit and polish content using industry-standard software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Audition, Final Cut Pro, and DaVinci Resolve.
  • Ensure all content adheres to platform specifications, optimal aspect ratios, compression settings, and accessibility guidelines.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with writers, designers, marketing strategists, and internal clients to translate creative briefs into compelling content.
  • Align production output with broader campaign goals, ensuring consistency in messaging and tone.
  • Provide creative input and visual direction during concept development and approvals.


Mentorship and Team Leadership

  • Supervise, coach, and mentor junior multimedia producers and editors to elevate skill levels and ensure high-quality output.
  • Foster a collaborative, growth-oriented team culture focused on creative innovation and continuous learning.

 

Quality Assurance and Performance Review

  • Review and approve all multimedia content before release to ensure adherence to quality, technical, and brand standards.
  • Analyze content performance and production feedback to recommend future enhancements and innovations

III. JOB SPECIFICATIONS:

Education Requirement:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Multimedia Arts, Film/TV Production, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.

 

Experience Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5–7 years of professional experience in multimedia production, with demonstrated success across formats such as branded videos, digital ads, animations, and
    live event content.
  • Experience managing production teams and complex projects from ideation to delivery.

 

Skills and Attributes:

  • Advanced proficiency in video editing and motion graphics tools: Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Audition), Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or equivalent.
  • Strong foundation in motion design, animation, color correction, sound design, and postproduction workflows.
  • Hands-on experience with camera operations, lighting setups, and audio recording for studio and field shoots.
  • Familiarity with file formats, compression techniques, and publishing standards for web, mobile, and live event.
