Coordinator - Loyalty Marketing

Business Unit:  Gaming (Casino Operations)
Division:  Premium Marketing

I. BASIC PURPOSE / JOB BRIEF:

The Coordinator of Loyalty Marketing will coordinate requests and support Loyalty Marketing management with campaign executions. The Coordinator is responsible for assisting in campaign planning and execution, project management, inventory and continuous checking of competitive rewards environment. The Coordinator is also required to help in the development and ongoing management of the loyalty program for Okada Manila.

II. MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

  • Helps in monitoring and reviewing changes to competitive programs, and provides feedback as needed
  • Facilitates inter-departmental communications as needed to disseminate information about loyalty program benefits
  • Executes assigned tasks with attention to detail and ina  timely manner
  • Develops and maintains effective relationships with other working teams as well as third-party vendors
  • Overseeing the inventory of Reward Circle Collections items
  • As requested, may assist in performing the daily Casino Marketing Departmental operational functions, such as guest hospitality, taking pictures, preparing daily paperwork, filing documents, and performing various other departmental duties

III. JOB SPECIFICATIONS:

Educational Requirement:

  • College or University degree in Marketing or Business Administration

 

Experience Requirement: 

  • Minimum 1-year Casino Marketing or Loyalty Marketing experience.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply

 

Leadership Skills:

  • Must be able to work with a diverse group of team members and peers from various backgrounds and cultures
  • Has the ability to uphold and demonstrate the highest level of integrity in all situations and recognize standards required by a regulated business
  • Has the ability to work collaboratively with other departments and leaders to complete property/corporate initiatives and effectively manage day-to-day operations.

 

Technical Skills:

  • Be able to use various computer software such as Microsoft applications: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc
  • Have strong business acumen and a strategic marketing mindset
  • Be able to identify gaps in the business and propose changes accordingly

 

Other Qualifications:

  • Be able to work as needed during weekends and public holidays
  • Other duties assigned
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
