Wardrobe Attendant

Business Unit:  Hospitality & Entertainment

I. BASIC PURPOSE / JOB BRIEF:

The Wardrobe Attendant plays a vital role in ensuring the quality of uniforms, being the first line of quality assesment. In addition to quality checks, they manage the scanning, filing, and issuance of uniforms from the laundry, providing essential support at the customer service counter.

II. MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

  • Facilitate seamless coordination with other departments regarding uniform matters
  • Ensure strict adherence to established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Policies & Procedures (P&Ps)
  • Responsible quality inspection of delivered uniform from Offsite Laundry
  • Scan, organize, and maintain uniforms on the conveyors
  • Maintain accurate inventory of buffers and spare uniforms
  • Assists in size fitting, pick and pack, assigning and tagging and uniform echange for new hires
  • Monitor and manage soiled chutes and handling soiled and dirty uniforms
  • Fulfill other assigned duties and tasks as directed by the immediate Supervisor and Team Leader

III. JOB SPECIFICATIONS:

  • Educational attainment: at least 2 years of college education completed
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Adaptable to flexible working hours, including holidays
  • Proficient in computer skills
  • Excellent attention to details
