I. BASIC PURPOSE / JOB BRIEF:

Responsible in providing polite, professional, efficient, and safe valet parking services to the guests which includes interacting with the passengers as well as assisting them with items that they bring such as luggage, shopping bags, etc.

II. MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

•    Inspects and records relevant vehicle conditions in the valet ticket.
•    Loads/unloads passenger’s luggage into/out of the vehicle.
•    Responds to guest inquiries accurately.
•    Drives the vehicle to assigned valet parking lot.
•    Explains valet parking procedures to the guest if necessary.
•    Completes the records for every vehicle valet parked
•    Anticipates arriving guests and welcomes them to Okada Manila
•    Ensures vehicle key is property held.
•    Resolves guest complaints to ensure guest satisfaction.
•    Maintains exemplary departmental standards of behavior and appearance and attitude at all times.
•    Performs other job related task assigned by superiors

III. JOB SPECIFICATIONS:

Educational Requirement:

• High School Graduate

Experience Requirements:

• Valet Runner/Parker experience is an advantage

Skills and Attributes:

• Driving skills - ability to drive automatic and manual transmission vehicles
• Ability to work various shifts including weekends and late nights
• Ability to work in outside weather conditions
• Good command of both written and spoken English
• Customer Service experience
