I. BASIC PURPOSE / JOB BRIEF:

Informs, advices, performs, and delivers to guests, spa treatments and therapeutic services plus assistance in use of facilities.

II. MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

1.    Maintain high overall guest satisfaction and achieve high quality guest service standards.
2.    Maintaining spa equipment in good conditions at all times.
3.    Manage and keep treatment rooms clean and stocked.
4.    Maintain a neat and tidy appearance.
5.    Ability to work as part of a team.
6.    Support or assist in momentary service gaps (ie - break periods, EL, SL, AL, group bookings, events, etc) that may arise at the different business units under Wellness & Leisure.

III. JOB SPECIFICATIONS:

Educational Requirement:

• Certification as qualified therapist or equivalent professional training.

Experience Requirements:

• 
  Proper 1 year working experience in therapy or spa operations.
