Junior Coordinator - Member Experience

Business Unit:  Gaming (Casino Operations)
Division:  Business Solutions

I. BASIC PURPOSE / JOB BRIEF:

The Junior Coordinator - Member Experience manages inquiries and reservations from casino guests via the membership hotline and email. Assists Premium Marketing, Gaming Promoter Relations, and Junket teams in booking reservations for Hotel, F&B, Spa, Entertainment, Transportation, and other related services. Coordinates closely with various departments to arrange accommodations and fulfill requirements for VIP Players, Hosts, and Junkets. Additionally, supports promotions and events through both inbound and outbound calls.

II. MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

  • Manage all inquiries and reservations for hotel rooms, F&B, spa, entertainment, transportation, and external arrangements from casino guests, Gaming Promoter Relations, Premium Marketing hosts, and junkets through phone calls, emails, and non-voice channels like Viber.
  • Support Promotions and Events campaigns by handling inbound inquiries and conducting outbound telemarketing offers.

III. JOB SPECIFICATIONS:

Educational Requirement:

  • A minimum of a high school diploma is required.
  • A university or college diploma in Hospitality, Marketing, or Business Administration is preferred.

 

Experience Requirement:

  • Previous experience in a call center or hotel reservations is an advantage.

 

Skills and Attributes:

  • Strong presentation and communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Exceptional organizational skills.
  • Ability to read, write, and speak English.
  • Proficiency in Tagalog, Mandarin, Japanese, Korean, or other foreign languages is preferred.

 

Other Qualifications:

  • Flexible schedule, including the ability to work shifts and outside standard work hours as needed.
  • Maintains a well-groomed and professional appearance.
