Senior Manager - Gaming Analysis
I. BASIC PURPOSE / JOB BRIEF:
The Senior Manager - Gaming Analysis is responsible for the conceptualization of Strategic Marketing activities and generation of data analysis from casino events, promotions, offers, and marketing programs that drive acquisition, conversion and continuous patron engagement to deliver revenue and EBITDA goals. The role is also responsible for monitoring and reporting of gaming product performance, determining opportunities for performance improvement, identifying deviation from expected performance, configuration for optimization, for the purposes of delivering gaming revenue growth and appropriate cost management for the achievement of financial targets.
II. MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
- Prepares analytical reports for development of executive level presentations which contains summary of campaign results, analytics and insights to execute business reviews and come up with high-level decision-making purposes.
- Conducts regular data analysis that identify insights back to the business with observations comments and suggestions for action.
- Manages end-to-end campaign process (i.e. campaign pre-analysis, marketing leads generation and campaign effectiveness tracking) to assess marketing promotional needs, guarantee proper implementation of marketing campaign requirements and ensure fulfillment and scheduling of marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
- Analyzes incentive structure and standards of performance of the Business Development team to ensure that it is aligned with the business role.
- Monitors and coaches team members to ensure consistency and quality of output
- Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Management
III. JOB SPECIFICATIONS:
Educational Requirement:
- Bachelor's Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Actuarial Science, Decision Management, Computer Science or any related course
Experience Requirements:
- At least 5 years working in Strategic Marketing, Business Intelligence, Decision Management, Data Science or related positions
- Experience in local gaming market is preferred
- Experience in Regional Asia gaming is an advantage
- At least 2 years in gampaign execution or database marketing
- Experience in the use of statistical packages is an advantage
