Junior Officer - Administration & Training
I. BASIC PURPOSE / JOB BRIEF:
The Junior Officer – Administration & Training serves as the initial point of contact for Business Solutions, Premium Marketing, Strategic Marketing and International Marketing Divisions. The role is responsible for providing support with these Divisions through accurate and timely processing of administrative tasks, data entries and record keeping.
II. MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
- Conducts verification of patron profile for potential anti-money laundering concerns
- Performs and compiles linking requests of patron’s profile in Halo
- Reviews patron coding requests
- Organizes and file patron documents such as, but not limited to membership and multipurpose forms
- Performs revocation of Halo account for team members with active patron account
- Assists the Officer – Administration and Training in perfoming their day to day duties
- Performs other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned by the Management
III. JOB SPECIFICATIONS:
Educational Requirement:
- Bachelor’s degree in any related field is required
- Preferably University/College diploma in Hospitality, Marketing or Business Administration but not required
Experience Requirement:
- At least 1 year experience in the same role
- Experience in gaming industry is an advantage
Skills and Attributes:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Good organizational skills
- Good time management skills
- Good multitasking skills
Other Qualifications:
- Excellent presentation and communication skills, both oral and written
