Junior Host - Marketing Operations

Division:  Premium Marketing & Strategic Planning

I. BASIC PURPOSE / JOB BRIEF:

The Junior Host/Host – Club Operation carries out the daily transactions under the Reward Circle membership program, including registration, assisting customers with sign-ups, providing details on related benefits and privileges, rewards redemption, and handling inquiries. This role offers a seamless, personalized customer experience on the Membership, Promotional and Rewards Circle Counters. 

II. MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

  • Delivers personalized customer experiences while upholding the Management's established standards. 
  • Enrolls new members and offers thorough assistance throughout the registration process at the Membership and Rewards counters and outside events. 
  • Informs customers about the advantages associated with a Reward Circle membership, current promotions, special deals and invitation-only events
  • Manages and maintains an updated patron database
  • Facilitates necessary actions to assist members with rewards and items redemption, ensuring accuracy in all transactions and successful execution of all promotions. 
  • Performs upselling and processing of Reward Circle Collection products and discretionary complimentary items. 
  • Handles patron concerns and questions promptly and effectively
  • Maintains clean and organized Membership and Rewards counters, Rewards Circle Collection Counter, promotional spaces, and used areas to present a positive atmosphere. 
  • Coordinates with relevant departments to guarantee smooth and unified delivery of service to patrons. 
  • Consistently meets and exceeds the predetermined targets and quotas set by the Management. 
  • Consistently follow Okada Manila's policies and procedures as well as those outlined by the Management. 
  • Adheres to compliance with the government regulations such as but not limited to PAGCOR, Data Privacy Act and Anti-Money Laudnering. 
  • Performs other duties and responsibilities as prescribed by the Management. 

III. JOB SPECIFICATIONS:

Educational Requirement: 

  • At least a High School graduate

 

Experience Requirement:

  • Experience in gaming and service industry is an advantage 

 

Skills and Attributes: 

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications
  • Background with a different casino gaming application is an advantage.

 

Other Qualifications:

  • Good presentation and communication skills, both oral and written English
  • Execellent interpersonal skills
  • Good organizational skills
  • Amenable to flexible work arrangement and shifting schedules.
