Coordinator - Gaming Promoter Relations

Division:  Gaming Promoter Relations

I. BASIC PURPOSE / JOB BRIEF:

The Coordinator  – Gaming Promoter Relations assist the Assistant Manager and Manager – Gaming Promoter Relations in processing the service request from the Junket Operators. Ensure that all Junket Runners are documented. 

II. MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

  • Manage the daily requests or issues from Junket Operators
  • Manage and service Casual Junket’s patrons
  • Coordinate with Service team on the new patron sign up for fixed/casual junkets
  • Provide service to fixed / casual junket’s events

III. JOB SPECIFICATIONS:

Educational Requirement:
Minimum requirement: High School graduate
University/College diploma in Hospitality, Marketing or Business Administration is an advantage

 

Experience Requirement:
At least 1-2 years’ supervisory experience within the customer service industry.
Experience in gaming industry is an advantage

Skills and Attributes:
Possesses a strong command of the English language, both written and oral.
Excellent interpersonal skills
With pleasing personality, well groomed, and professional demeanor
Demonstrates good organizational skills
Demonstrates good motivational skills.
Demonstrates good communication skills.
Able to read, write, and speak in English
Can read, write and speak Mandarin, Japanese, Korea, Thai and/or any other language is a requirement.
Proficient in MS Office application is an advantage

 

Other Qualifications:
Can work in flexible schedules
Able to work outside the standard work week as business needs
