Cage Administrative & Compliance Assistant
I. BASIC PURPOSE / JOB BRIEF:
The Cage Administrative & Compliance Assistant provides administrative services and support for both Cage and Count Departments. The individual also provides the daily review, recording and submission of all Compliance and AML related documentation and reports for TRLEI including but not limited to; adhering to and enforcing PAGCOR, AMLC and BSP Compliance/AML regulations, while displaying the highest level of professionalism, customer service, confidentiality, integrity and administrative support to both internal and external customers.
II. MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
- Monitors and ensures compliance with relevant policies and procedures related to Cage & Count Operations
- Prepares AML documentation with complete supporting requirements in accordance with established SOPs
- Reviews system-generated documents and Patron Profiles to ensure all required information is accurate and up to date
- Generates daily Cage and Count reports, distributes them to designated recipients, and ensures proper filing
- Keeps track of updates and changes in applicable laws and gaming regulations impacting casino operations, management, and product offerings
- Assists Department Management in the preparation and analysis of statistical data
- Provides translation support between English and Filipino, both written and verbal, as needed for operational requirements
- Maintains and safeguards all departmental employee records, ensuring proper filing both electronically and physically
- Supports the monitoring and reporting of payroll-related documents, operating expenses, and inventory levels for supplies and stationery
- Prepares meeting minutes and assists in drafting instructions for Management review
- Develops professional presentations, reports, and spreadsheets, and maintains an updated departmental contact directory
- Ensures accurate data entry and proper filing of general departmental documents
- Performs additional duties and responsibilities as assigned by Management

Educational Requirement:
- Bachelor’s Degree in any related field
Experience Requirements:
- Relevant working experience in Clerical, Administrative Support or equivalent / related field is an advantage
Skills and Attributes

- Advance proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)

- Proficient in both oral and written English
- With integrity and respect on highly confidential information
- Able to multitask
