Assistant Director - Business Development
I. BASIC PURPOSE / JOB BRIEF:
The Assistant Director - Business Development is responsible for assisting the Director in managing the team while achieving the sales and revenue targets set forth by top management by employing strategies to achieve sales volume, revenue, and share objectives for the local market.
II. MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
- Develops and recommends short and long-term marketing strategies to gain market penetration locally and meet the Key Performance Indicators (KPI) set forth by the Management
- Recommends ideas to drive the market share's growth and development and acquire new business in different regions of the country.
- Monitors the team's performance and ensures that the goals in terms of the new sign-up, reactivation, and patron's attendance in events are met.
- Guides to boost the morale of the team in promoting the programs to be offered to the patrons, how to source for promoters and agencies to increase the Company's market share.
- Monitor managers on the promotion and awareness of different gaming products and offerings, especially in the VIP areas.
- Invites local High-Value Patrons (HVPs) to VIP events and ensures their seamless customer experience.
- Develops, establishes and maintains good professional relationships with HVPs to strengthen patron loyalty and increase their visitation to the property.
- Plans and coordinates business trips for new acquisitions and patron relationship builiding, travelling to patarons' origins as needed.
- Manages, monitors and approves issuance of complimentary services/items such as but not limited to gifts, transportation, food and beverage, and/or rooms while adhering to the complimentary matrix and in line with the reinvestment strategies of the Company.
- Evaluates market reactions to new package offers and share feedback with the author of the offers
- Keep abreast with the market trends and identifies new business oppurtunities, making recommendations to Senior Management
- Collect and analyze customer feedback related to programs and services to enhance overall customer satisfaction and identify areas for improvement
- Addresses high-level inquiries and concerns that require attention beyond the scope of the Senior Manager - Business Development.
- Review implemented process and recommend improvements to enhance operational efficiency
- Ensures that all team members are trained well in the systems related to their function to carry on tasks effectively and efficiently
- Performs other duties and responsibilites as prescribed by the Management

Educationl Requirement:
- University / College diploma preferably in Hospitality, Marketing or Business Administration
Experience Requirement:
- At least 7 years managerial experiance in hospitality and/or gaming related industry
- With extensive experience in dealing with high-end customers
