For Rielmart Joseph Barte, Senior Officer for Application Support Services under the Information Technology Division, the journey began with curiosity and a drive to learn. Starting as a Service Desk Agent, he built his career step by step, strengthening his technical expertise while supporting the company’s systems and applications.

Through dedication and consistent performance, Rielmart steadily advanced—from Junior Officer and eventually to Senior Officer, where he now also takes on supervisory responsibilities. Looking back on his journey, he sees growth not only in his technical skills but also in his confidence and leadership.

“Over the years, I’ve strengthened not only my technical expertise but also my leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills,” he shares. “I’ve learned to approach challenges with a solutions-oriented mindset and to become someone others can rely on.”

For Maggie Lacanilao, Assistant Director for Laundry and Wardrobe under the Hotel Division, more than a decade at Okada Manila has been shaped by purpose, service, and the people around her.

Maggie began her journey as a Wardrobe Supervisor, eventually rising to her current leadership role. Being entrusted with the position of Assistant Director stands as one of the most meaningful milestones in her career.
