VIP Reception Agent
I. BASIC PURPOSE / JOB BRIEF:
Responsible for providing premium Food and Beverage service delivery and guest relations through well-developed food and beverage skills, knowledge and experience, values and objectives. The VIP Reception position is further divided into senior VIP Reception and VIP Reception positions, with Senior VIP Reception 's exercising limited authority for training and supervision over VIP Reception 's to achieve a consistent guest experience at all times.
II. MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

Greets all guests at venue entrance, seats them and promotes positive customer relations

Communicates all customer feedback to manager and supervisor

Communicates clearly and effectively to ensure guests needs are met and handles guests queries and complaints correctly

Always take responsibility for ensuring a positive guest experience

Maintain self and the environment in all areas ensuring highest standards of presentation at all times

Upholds venue standards for personal grooming

Has a full understanding of all company rules, regulations, and standards

Maintain positive relations with other staff and departments

Takes control and maintains reservations where applicable

Performs other job related duties assigned by superiors
III. JOB SPECIFICATIONS
Educational Requirement:
- Certificate or above qualification is an advantage
Experience Requirements:
- Customer service and/or hospitality experience essential
Other Qualifications:
- Good command of both written and spoken English
