I. BASIC PURPOSE / JOB BRIEF:

The Technician - Gaming Technical Services is responsible for all approved immediate and preventative maintenance, installations, game conversions, relocations and upgrades on all Electronic Gaming, Table Games and other gaming and ancillary technology.

II. MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

• Performance of ongoing preventive maintenance to ensure the serviceability of all Electronic Gaming and Table Gaming equipment, as well as the upkeep of their repair records and maintenance of equipment to approved standards and schedules.
• Inspect all new machines, equipment and conversion kits prior to installation onto the gaming floor.
• Perform Electronic Gaming and Table Games related equipment moves, installations and re-configurations to the gaming floor in an accurate and efficient manner.
• Assist in the management and control of spare parts, repairable items and consumables for Electronic Gaming and Table Gaming equipment.
• Act in accordance with Departmental Policies and Procedures and PAGCOR regulations.
• Delivers a quality customer experience, in a welcoming and entertaining environment, providing value and always conducted with integrity
• Meets all appearance guidelines and expose to work environment characteristics, electrical and other hazards, a second-hand smoke-filled environment, and the like while on duty to successfully perform the essential functions of this position
• Performs other job related duties assigned by superiors

III. JOB SPECIFICATIONS:

Educational Requirement:

• Tertiary qualification or trade certificate in electronics preferred.

Experience Requirements:

• Minimum of one (1) year on technical and/or electrician experience
• Gaming and IT system experience preferred.
• Preferably with Experience in Philippine Gaming Environment

Skills and Attributes:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications and e-mail systems
• Good interpersonal skills
• Fluent in oral and written English
