I. BASIC PURPOSE / JOB BRIEF:
- Ensuring all AVL equipment is in working order.
- Coordinating with the client throughout the event or productions.
II. MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
- Assemble AVL equipment requirement, amplifiers, processors, speakers, lighting fixtures, special effects, projectors, LED screen panels, cabling, wirings and control surfaces.
- Perform the appropriate actions to produce the right output for an event or occasion.
- Supervising and coordinating stage crew according to artist’s technical rider.
- Pre-programming and operating AVL control surfaces in various platforms
- Secured and safe handling of the equipment.
III. JOB SPECIFICATIONS:
Educational Requirement:
- Preferably College Diploma or AVL Technical Certificates
Experience Requirement:
- At least 1 year audio, video and lighting experience in hotels, nightclub, concerts and events
- The ability to assemble, operate and dismantle AVL equipment
Skills and Attributes:
Leadership Skills:
- Decision making skills
- Problem solving capabilities
Technical Skills:
- Knowledge on major audio, video and lighting equipment
- Multi-tasking is a huge advantage
Other Qualifications:
- Safety training attended is an advantage.
