I. BASIC PURPOSE / JOB BRIEF:

  • Ensures that cleanliness and hygiene in all guest areas are in high standard.
  • Provides information and delivers personalized service to all guess. Making sure that all working areas and equipment are in good working condition.
  • Informs and updates guest regarding their spa & wellness itinerary.
  • Ensures that cleanliness and hygiene in all guest areas are in high standard.
  • Provides information and delivers personalized service to all guess. Making sure that all working areas and equipment are in good working condition.
  • Informs and updates guest regarding their spa & wellness itinerary.

II. MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

  • Maintain high overall guest satisfaction and achieve high quality guest service standards.
  • Assist guests in a professional and personalized manner.
  • Keep common areas clean, hygenic, in good working condition and stocked.
  • Documents and reports to Spa Supervisor areas that need to be rectified so that it can be escalated to Facility Management for action.
  • Maintain a neat and tidy appearance.
  • Ensures that guest common area consumables are at par stock readily available.
  • Ensures that common area furniture and equipment are functioning at all times.
  • Ability to work as part of a team.
  • Support or assist in momentary service gaps (ie - break periods, EL, SL, AL, group bookings, events, etc) that may arise at the different business units under Wellness & Leisure.

III. JOB SPECIFICATIONS

Educational Requirement :

  • College level preferred but not required.

 

Experience Requirements :

  • With 1 year work experience in a hotel / service company is preferred.

 

Skills and Attributes:

  • Leadership Skills.
  • Self-motivated, ability to anticipate o Positive attitude o Strong guest relations
  • Technical Skills.
  • Excellent guest service
  • Can operate cleaning tools and equipment
  • Good communication skills
