Play Coach
I. BASIC PURPOSE / JOB BRIEF:
He / She ensures all interactions are pleasant and service oriented, provide information to guests, and deliver personalized and standard services for a delightful kid's recreational experience. Other general responsibilities include maintaining, enhancing and expanding skills and service standards to an excellent level, monitoring stock, promoting the lines of products and services to clients, keeping all working areas and equipment in good working order, clean and organized.
III. MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
- Responsible for the cleanliness and hygiene of all areas of the kid's club areas as laid down in the "Daily Cleaning Schedule" to include. The daily pre-opening / closing cleaning maintenance program Daily routine cleaning maintenance program Assist the guests in a professional and helpful manner when needed.
- Efficiently resolve any issue or guest complaint (while being mindful of safety, security and guidelines set in the Delegation of Authority) with to ensure their needs are met and their expectations are exceeded. Ensure on-going relations and rapport are not compromised with the guest and exceptional guest service is provided at all times.
- Ensure that all equipment associated with service function at all time.
- Adhere to and exhibit pro-active performance in accordance with internal policies by taking responsibility for ensuring the workplace is free of unacceptable workplace behavior; that a workplace culture of equity and diversity is fostered.
- Utilize behaviors of responsibility, accountability and awareness that continually promotes wellness, health and safety.
- Monitors parent/child feedback.
- Maintain readiness and cleanliness of PLAY by cleaning equipment, toys, and play areas as determined by Policy and Procedures.
- Encourage children to join prepared variety of daily and promotional activities.
- Encourage socialization activities with other children.
- Interact with children on their appropriate level.
- Report accidents, injuries, unsafe work conditions and/or security issues to the management.
III. JOB SPECIFICATIONS:
Educational Requirement:
- College Diploma on Education or related courses.
Experience Requirement:
- 2 to 3 years working experience Teaching or Coaching
Skills and Attributes:
- Confident and able to establish strong rapport
- Excellent in interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, ability to anticipate, analyze and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Proactive, responsible, alert and agile, pleasant personality, efficient and tactful.
- Energetic and positive
- Able to work in flexible hours, weekends and holidays e Exceptional guest relations and sales skills.
- Organized and methodical
- Experienced in handling behaviors of children and adults
- Basic to advanced computer skills
- Pleasing physical appearance
- No visible tattoo
