I. BASIC PURPOSE / JOB BRIEF:
Responsible for the detailed analysis of transactions, checking of various accounting reports and verification of account balances.
II. MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
- Prepares all journal vouchers to record transactions related to Gaming
- Reviews and checks specific balance sheet accounts against their expected balances at the end of each reporting period.
- Reviews specific daily reports that are submitted to stakeholders
- Coordinates with other team members and departments regarding concerns on expense recording to ensure proper classification of charges
- Performs administrative tasks and coordinates with other concerned units, as necessary, to maintain efficiency and order within the Casino Finance department
- Performs other job related duties assigned by superiors
III. JOB SPECIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy or other business-related course
- At least 2 years solid accounting experience preferably General Accounting
- Experience in the Gaming industry is an advantage
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Application
