Labor Analyst
I. BASIC PURPOSE / JOB BRIEF:
Responsible for developing and maintaining labor productivity models to support our workforce management initiatives. You will work closely with our team and various department heads to analyze data, identify trends, and provide valuable insights to enhance labor efficiency. Your role will encompass data collection, analysis, reporting, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement data-driven strategies.
II. MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
- Develop and maintain labor productivity models for various departments, including table games, hotel, food and beverage, and other relevant areas.
- Collect and clean data from multiple sources to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
- Analyze historical and real-time data to identify labor trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with department heads to define labor metrics, goals, and targets.
- Prepare reports and dashboards to communicate insights and recommendations effectively.
- Work closely with the IR team to address labor-related concerns and provide data-driven solutions.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends in labor analytics.
- Utilize tools like Excel, Python, or similar languages for data analysis and modelling.

Educational Requirement:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Data Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, or a related discipline.
Experience Requirement:
- Strong proficiency in data analysis, statistical analysis, and data visualization.
Skills and Attributes:
- Proficiency in data manipulation and analysis tools such as Excel, Python, or similar languages.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
