Coordinator - Creative Production
I. BASIC PURPOSE / JOB BRIEF:
The Coordinator - Creative Production is responsible for overseeing the coordination and execution of photo/video production projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and aligned with the creative vision.
II. MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
- Coordinate production schedules, budgets, and resources for various photo/video projects
- Assist in the planning and logistics of photo/video shoots, including location scouting and equipment rental
- Liaise with internal teams, talents, and external vendors to facilitate smooth production process
- Maintain accurate documentation, including contracts, call sheets, and production reports
- Monitor project progress and communicate updates to relevant stakeholders
- Support post-production efforts by organizing footage, aiding in editing, and ensuring deadlines are met
- Research and suggest innovative solutions to improve production efficiency
III. JOB SPECIFICATIONS:
Educational Requirement:
- Bachelor’s degree in Film/Video Production, Communications, Project Management, or related fields
Experience Requirement:
- At least 1 to 2 years of experience in production coordination or a related role
Skills and Attributes:
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in project management software and tools
- Familiarity with photo/video production processes and terminology
- Basic knowledge of photo/video editing software (e.g. Adobe Suite) is a plus

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
