II. MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
- Receives guest reservations and inquiries and other administrative functions to ensure smooth operation and guest satisfaction,
- Create a good impression professional relationship as well as establish trust with the guest.
- Performs cashiering tasks to ensure accurate settlements of the bill.
- Performs any other tasks and responsibilities related to Wellness & Leisure Services as assigned by the immediate superior.
- Maximizes guest revenue potential, satisfaction and utilization by promoting and booking Wellness & Leisure services and/or other Hotel restaurants and services to guests. Provide alternatives if their first request/choice cannot be met.
III. JOB SPECIFICATIONS:
Educational Requirement:
- Preferably with Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management or related course
Experience Requirement:
- At least 2 years of experience in an equivalent position at a 5-star/international establishment
Skills and Attributes:
- Organizing Skills
- Team Player & Goal Oriented
- Computer Literate
- Common Software applications
- Knowledgeable in electronic gadgets/equipment
- Interpersonal skills
- Fast learner and highly trainable
- Fluency in oral and written English and local languages
